History

Seffner Christian Academy opened it's doors in 1983 and has provided academic excellence for over 30 years. SCA has quickly grown to approximately 700 students. The school began offering preschool through 8th grades, and added the high school department in the years that followed. SCA graduated it's first senior class in 2000. The school has experienced tremendous support from our sponsor church, First Free Will Baptist Church, as well as many other churches, parents, and members of the community during this rapid time of expansion. 

Seffner Christian Academy integrates the Word of God into each subject area and focuses on the goal of leading students to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus while developing young men and women of integrity who are committed to the Gospel of Christ. With more than 30 years of experience, Seffner Christian Academy maintains an outstanding reputation in the community, and is committed to providing a distinctively Christian program with a pedagogy that is challenging and relevant to the 21st century learner. 

Seffner Christian Academy is accredited by ACSI (American Association of Christian Schools International) and SACS (Southern Association Of Colleges and Schools).
